Also to consider is the building of plants in States where Unions will not be a factor. Cheap labor isn't a solution to every problem.

The DNC*told Buzzfeed on Wednesdaythat neither the FBI nor any other intelligence agency ever did an independent assessment of the organization’s breached servers. Instead, they alleged, the FBI relied exclusively on information from private digital forensics company Crowdstrike. Now the FBI is refuting this account of the events.

Clapper, who noted that the agencies weren’t “perfect” and that his own “fingerprints” had been on the broken assessment that Iraq had an arsenal of weapons of mass destruction, laying the groundwork for a disastrous invasion. He did say that he thought that they’d improved since then. (No one seemed interested in reminding Clapper, who is retiring in a few weeks, that a lie he had told the Senate about the N.S.A.’s activities had played a role in the Edward Snowden affair.

"The country is in the throes of a major epidemic, with no known cure and some pretty scary symptoms. It's called Trump Derangement Syndrome, or TDS, and it’s rapidly spreading from the point of origin – the political class – to the population at large. In the first stage of the disease, victims lose all sense of proportion. The president-elect’s every tweet provokes a firestorm, as if 140 characters were all it took to change the world."
So let's work on recovery starting with your post. Nobody who understands what Trump is doing are laughing. Only those who act out of ignorance (that's you). I think it comes under the title of SKLS (Smug Know-it-all Liberals Syndrome) who are making every effort to delegitimize Trump's presidency.
According to the AP "His tweet came as congressional Republicans and his top aides consider a plan to ask Congress to ensure money is available in U.S. coffers for the wall without passing any new legislation. Instead, they would rely on existing law that already authorizes fencing and other technology along the southern border."

In other words "deligitimize" Clinton's presidency. The feeling is that like most people, the Russians assumed Clinton would win. So as I read some of the articles written in places like the New York Times and Washington Post it has occured to me that what is going on now is the Democrats doing the work of the Russians as they try to delegitimize Trump's presidency.
