You continue to drive more and more towards the Donald. I see it every day, a fence sitter moving towards Trump due to the vitriol of the MSM and all the website pontificators. Profiling? Let's call it what it is - a smart, logical, instinctive method to identify a person or persons from the masses. It's not possible to check each individual you encounter one by one when you're trying to find somebody.
It's not just a police tool, everybody does it, and not just when searching for people. We profile to a degree in every choice we make, we narrow down the field. Most of the time it's done subconsciously.
When a crime is committed and a description of the suspect is given, that's the start of profiling - narrowing down the field. If the description is a black male with dread locks, pants down to his knees, wearing a black hoodie - what's the cop supposed to do?

Disband the police and then you will see some real profiling. Survival of the fittest with automatic weapons. Those with them will identify (profile) those without and the slaughter will ensue. The police and on a much larger scale, the military, are what prevents this from happening. All you have to do is read a history book.

I wish this was cynical, but it's true. There are actually activists who advocate this.

So, say that happens. No police in my town. The "community will come up with a plan to keep people safe". Someone has to be in charge of implementing that plan, that's the case with any organization anywhere. So, they are the defacto police...but without guns. Can't call them police, so they will call them "Community Leaders".

Hey, once you have that on your resume, you can be president!
