    You?
Here is how it was defined back in 1994...

    Criteria of an assault weapon
Under the Assault Weapons Ban of 1994 the definition of "semiautomatic assault weapon" included specific semi-automatic firearm models by name, and other semi-automatic firearms that possessed two or more from a set certain features:

Semi-automatic rifles able to accept detachable magazines and two or more of the following:
    Folding or telescoping stock
    Pistol grip
    Bayonet mount
Flash suppressor, or threaded barrel designed to accommodate one
    Grenade launcher mount

Semi-automatic pistols with detachable magazines and two or more of the following:
Magazine that attaches outside the pistol grip
Threaded barrel to attach barrel extender, flash suppressor, handgrip, or suppressor
Barrel shroud safety feature that prevents burns to the operator
Unloaded weight of 50 oz (1.4 kg) or more
A semi-automatic version of a fully automatic firearm.
Semi-automatic shotguns with two or more of the following:
    Folding or telescoping stock
    Pistol grip
    Detachable magazine.

The ban defined the following semi-automatic firearms, as well as any copies or duplicates of them in any caliber, as assault weapons:
Name of firearm - Preban federal legal status

Norinco, Mitchell, and Poly Technologies Avtomat Kalashnikovs (AKs) (all models) - Imports banned in 1989*
Action Arms Israeli Military Industries UZI and Galil - Imports banned in 1989*
    Beretta AR-70 (SC-70) - Imports banned in 1989*
    Colt AR-15 - Legal
Fabrique National FN/FAL, FN-LAR, FNC - Imports banned in 1989*
    SWD (MAC type) M-10, M-11, M11/9, M12 - Legal
Steyr AUG -Imports banned in 1989*
    INTRATEC TEC-9, TEC-DC9, TEC-22 - Legal
Revolving cylinder shotguns such as (or similar to) the Street Sweeper and Striker 12 - Legal

Bush's 1989 ban was on the importation of foreign-made, semiautomatic assault rifles deemed not to have "a legitimate sporting use." It did not affect similar but domestically manufactured rifles.[12]

Actually I am fine with that. It would have benefitted me to allow them in since I converted one bedroom into a TV room and would have lowered my taxes about $100.

Trump is running his campaign the same way he runs his businesses. Into the ground.

The media is beating on Trump 4-1 in regards to their reporting of Hillary.
That's who is running it into the ground. Too much attention on how he says things, not what he says. A definitive comparison of the issues, for example foreign policy, reveals the media emphasizing how Trump says things versus the disaster of Hillary and her puppet master Obama and how they do things. Almost a total disregard by the MSM for the fires around the world on their watch.

The usual Con response...blame your own failures on someone else. No taking personal responsibility.

Isn't that rich. The libs are still blaming Bush 7 1/2 years later. So much for taking personal responsibility....

Even when someone commits a horrible crime and gives his reasons for doing it, still Libs can't even blame him directly. Still blaming the system and his support and blah blah blah.

Personal responsibility? There is none, that's why there's the government...to tell us what to be personally responsible for.

Trump is desperately looking for a way out. He is in waaay over his head and knows it.
He'll scream bloody murder if the Cons take the nomination away from him, but he'll actually be glad if it happens.

I've said all along that I really didn't think he expected to be nominated. He wanted to stir the pot, get many off the establishment route, and build his brand even more. Just my opinion, coming from a "Con".

oh come on.....everyone was glowing about all the FREE media he was getting during the primaries. Now the same people want to cry alligator tears because ( see them biting their lips like little children caught in the cookie jar "its unfair its unfair"). Media has been tooling on clintons for 25 years and will again so time for the big tough guy to just suck it up, act like a man, and deal with it. i don't see much saying that the allegations against him are false....in fact I am "hearing" terrible things everywhere about trump
