As far as Obama's eligibility had he been born in a foreign country to an American mother, but an African father, that issue has never been determined in a court of law. We have just gone through the same with Ted Cruz. In the opinion of some, Cruz is not a "natural born citizen". Under their interpretation, neither would have Obama had he been born outside the US.

I haven't seen anything addressed. One post, yesterday, got caught in a ruse with a satire article. The rest seem to be posting without acknowledgement. What you consider irrelevant is your right, but to hop on, call someone a nutter, and then disregard what they are asking or saying just makes you look like you don't have a clue.

I don't believe that to be the case, but until I see something that isn't just an insult, I'll have to go with my gut on this one.

Neither Romney nor McCain were eligible for the Presidency by some accounts. Romney Sr. born in Mexico City. McCain born in Panama which was excluded from changes to Natural Born Law.

But ultimately who cares? I still consider them US Citizens. The idea that the Constitution (now 230+ years old) is infallible and immutable is stupid. The world is a much different place. The Constitution is tired.....

Who cares? The lib that made the conjecture that Obama was eligible if he were born outside the country.

The men who wrote that "tired" document were pretty wise men who understood human nature. If libs get their way, it won't be long before we live under a dictatorship. The Constitution is the only thing that saves us from that fate.
