One has to wonder whether Obama and Clinton are the brilliant politicians we were made to believe. I can hardly wait until Obama is out of office and retiring military starts spilling the beans. At this point in time both are depending on the loyalty and honor of military personnel to keep quiet.

"As the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi was unfolding, a high-ranking Pentagon official urgently messaged Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s top deputies to offer military help, according to an email obtained by Judicial Watch.

The revelation appears to contradict testimony Defense Secretary Leon Panetta gave lawmakers in 2013, when he said there was no time to get forces to the scene in Libya, where four Americans were killed, including U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens.

“I just tried you on the phone but you were all in with S [apparent reference to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton],” reads the email, from Panetta’s chief of staff Jeremy Bash. “After consulting with General Dempsey, General Ham and the Joint Staff, we have identified the forces that could move to Benghazi. They are spinning up as we speak.”

The email was sent out at 7:19 p.m. ET on Sept. 11, 2012, in the early stages of the eight-hour siege that also claimed the lives of Foreign Service Information Management Officer Sean Smith and two former Navy SEALs, Ty Woods and Glen Doherty, private CIA contractors who raced to the aid of embattled State Department workers."

I am sure I am going to regret this, but as an Independent voter I must ask. In Massachusetts we have, at least as "unregistered" the option of voting in the primaries as either Democrat or Republican. Since we all know that Hillary Clinton pretty much has this thing sewn up, I would ask those of you who can to vote in the Republican primary so as we might actually have an option of voting in the general election for a candidate who can actually lead this country.

And believe me, I am not adking you to vote for the current Republican leaders in the polls. Quite the opposite.

GDP " revised " for the Third quarter. Annual rate of 2 %. Annual rate.
The economy is dead in the water. The Fed has run out of tricks, had to raise interest rates .

Energy prices at near record lows and no growth. Taxation and regulations by Progressives holding back the economy. If Americans want 4 more years of Democratic policies, watch for continued stagnation, continued civil unrest, and illegals continuing to come here in droves. It will not be pretty.

The Democratic " debate " was a display of incompetence, lies and a total disconnect from reality.

30% of Republicans favor bombing Agrabah. Where is Agrabah? Well, it's the fictional Arab sounding country in Disney's Aladddin.

If the contest was 'most incoherent post of the day', you win.

I don't know. Could be better but I'm a lot better off financial yas we come to the close of the Obama administratrion than end of last, even though I would like to see a number of things better yet. My post 26 yr old was able to buy health insurance on her own last heR as well. That helps me too.

Basically things are a lot better for me now even though my salary hasn't grown that much. Haven't been laid off but once during Obama. Three times in eighteen months at end of Bush.

It's not just the ignorant who want to overturn the Bill of Rights. It is the so called academic elites as well.

You have embraced the " new normal" , delivered on a platter by Progressives. Great that your 26 year old is off your books for health care, but it is costing Americans dearly. Higher rates, higher deductibles , collapsing networks , etc. Another two year delay signed off for by the Physician in Chief. How he can get away with his meddling is astounding.

Flat wages, savers punished, billons and billions wasted to promote " clean energy", which in our children's lifetimes will never be able to stand on it's own two feet.

The Meddler in Chief just a few years ago took all the older SUVs out of circulation with taxpayer money . " Cash for Clunkers' took working vehicles to the scrap heap, and now consumers are beating down the doors to buy them again. Hybrids and Electrics are gathering dust on dealer lots. Only 102,000 TOTAL plug in electrics sold this year so far. A whopping 13,000 Volts moved off the lots. How much did taxpayers lose on GM ? And we ars still supporting these loser vehicles with tax breaks.

Selective facts don't make for a valid argument. The reality is that carmakers had their best year ever in 2015 because of low interest rates and pent up demand from the Bush recession. I guess if you call creating a solid economic recovery meddling then lets have more of it. Notice how many help wanted signs are out there. Dumb ass corporations are still trying to pay $10 an hour in a labor market with fewer candidates than jobs. I know several small businesses that are paying $15 an hour and have no trouble finding smart dependable young kids willing to work and learn a business.

Nope not me. But I my wife and I are having our best year ever financially and I am planning my retirement in 2017 at age 58. Why? Because of my having a successful and record year in the performance of the business units I operate. My wife earned her Masters and is nearly done with her Doctorate and she has gotten nice salary bumps based on the degrees and job performance. The Bush years were horrible. I survived without being laid off but watched hundreds of co-workers lose their jobs. During 7 of the 8 Bush years I went without a raise and had my benefits cut. My wife could only find Temporary Adjunct teaching jobs after the school she was teaching full time at was closed...
