"You are heading into a world of hurt if you go to the D.C. Circuit," Turley warned.
Turley pointed out, as Barr has in the past, that the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure do not allow Barr to disclose the secret grand jury information that was redacted in the previously released version.
The D.C. Circuit recently ruled on this very issue, stating in the case of McKeever v. Barr that, outside of the specific exceptions outlined in Rule 6(e), courts do not have authority to order the disclosure of grand jury information. Since any legal action taken against Barr for contempt would likely end up before the D.C. Circuit, Turley made it clear that going down that road is a bad idea for Congress.
"There’s no question that he cannot release this Rule 6(e) information," Turley said, calling Barr's position "unassailable."

Projecting is a psychological term used as a defense mechanism in which the human ego defends itself against unconscious impulses or qualities by denying their existence in themselves while attributing them to others.
Would seem a characteristic of most Democrats.
Biden’s son took millions of dollars out of the Ukraine and over a billion dollars out of China while Joe Biden as Vice-President was directing the relief for Ukraine, the loan guarantees, well over a billion dollars. His son was working for a Ukrainian oligarch who was being protected by Putin and was under investigation for money laundering by the Ukrainian government. The prosecutor who was investigating him got fired.
JOE BIDEN, FORMER VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES: "We’re - - we’re not going to give you the $1 billion. They said, you have no authority. You’re not the president. The president said, I said call him. I said, I’m telling you. You’re not getting $1 billion. I said you’re not getting $1 billion, I’m going to be leaving here I think it was what six hours. If the prosecutor’s not fired, you’re not getting the money. Well son of a (inaudible). He got fired."

Sen. Rand Paul to George Stephanopoulos: "Well I think the American people will be shocked and dismayed to know that Joe Biden’s son was making $50,000 a month just a couple of months after he was dishonorably discharged from the military for drugs. $50,000 a month, I think most Americans will be dismayed that the president’s son was doing this while Joe Biden was actually lobbying to have this company, you know, go free of prosecution. My understanding, this was reported in the New York Times, Joe Biden was asking the prosecutor to lay off of the company that Hunter Biden was working for, for $50,000 a month – kicked out of the military, that’s extraordinary."
Paul left George literally stuttering: "That’s – that’s not – that’s – that’s not – That’s not what – that’s not what was reported."
Paul: "Well actually, that’s exactly what was reported, yes, that he got $50,000 a month right after he was kicked out of the military. That’s exactly true and nobody disputes that.

Former FBI general counsel James Baker said this week that he and other officials were "quite worried" that former FBI Director James Comey appeared to be blackmailing then President-elect Trump during a 2017 meeting regarding salacious allegations found in the Steele dossier.
On the latest episode of the Yahoo News podcast "Skullduggery" broadcast on Tuesday, Baker said he and others were so concerned about Comey briefing Trump on January 6, 2017 on Russia's interference in the election as well as the controversial dossier that "analogies" were made to J. Edgar Hoover, the former FBI director who famously abused his power to blackmail individuals.
"We were quite worried about the Hoover analogies, and we were determined not to have such a disaster happen on our watch,” Baker said, hoping to convey to the incoming president that they did not want to continue the "legacy" of Hoover's blackmailing.

JOE DIGENOVA, FORMER U.S. ATTORNEY: James Comey, Brennan and Clapper have said to themselves which one of us is going to pay the Barr bill. The Barr bill is coming due. And Durham's appointment means that the already occurred meetings between the Attorney General, the CIA Director and the Director of National Intelligence have now focused on a laser that the core of this conspiracy began with John Brennan and ends with John Brennan in London and D.C. and the Democratic National Committee.
This is very serious business and for the first time, I now believe that some of these guys are going to go to prison.

Bwahahaha!
Clapper, Brennan and Comey Start Turning on Each Other as Barr Turns Up the Heat
Amazing—James Comey says that in 2016, John Brennan insisted on including the dossier in their IC assessment. But Brennan says: no no, COMEY wanted to use the dossier.
They know the truth is coming. And now they're all throwing each other under the bus.

This is a dealbreaker.
There is no “middle ground” w/ climate denial & delay.
Blaming “blue collar” Americans as the main opponents to bold climate policy is gas lobbyist 101.
We’re not going to solve the climate crisis w/ this lack of leadership. Our kids’ lives are at stake.
"I will be damned if the same politicians who refused to act then are going to try to come back today and say we need a middle of the road approach to save our lives." -@AOC on the Green New Deal at #Road2GND
