Note the total number of votes.

      Democrats - 12,000
      Republicans - 76,000

You'd better hope Trump isn't the Republican nominee because you know all those culinary workers that had their arms twisted to show up for Hillary? They'll be voting for Trump in the general election.

      More bad news Giggles.

"WASHINGTON – Voter turnout in this year’s presidential primaries and caucuses are breaking records – but only on the Republican side. GOP contests in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina have drawn more than 1.2 million voters, up 24 percent over 2012. In sharp contrast, the showdown between*Hillary Clinton*and Bernie Sanders*has drawn just 510,000 voters, down 21 percent from the last contested Democratic primaries in 2008."

I'm not that person, but you have been going on and on and on for pages now. Pick the place and we'll all meet you there. You can bring Giggles and Cujo too if that makes you feel any better. But at this point, either put up or shut up.

Yep. You offered and now you back down in a smoke screen of insults and name calling. So quick to threaten call people boy and other things but when calmy replied to with "where and when" (I.e. Can you make good on your threats assertions otherwise why don't you shut up) you show a yellow belly and bury fact you can't ever back up a single one of your assertions.

Soccer forum. Who wins when someone trash talks another player (I'll kick your arse) and then leaves the field with nothing but more words and insults....

That's why we win. btw my son was a big winner at soccer. Don't mention enough. Tried to do opposite of most advice posted here so thanks for the help.

I'm smiling and laughing at you.

How about the person who started this by threatening to kick my arse just simply step up and reply to:

            Where and when?

You speak to one party, not other (initiating one)? Troll away.

Very simple and straightforward. Calling out person who thinks they can kick mine and offering "where and when"

What a day when an advanced degree holding former academic now small businessman with progressive values is one of the few men who calmly and resolutely acts like one while conservatives hide behind word salad.

Where and when? I told some brave guy where to find me once but I continued to enjoy a calm and pleasant afternoon.....as I knew I would.....I can never overstimate the cowardice of conservatives.

              Academic Drivel Report

Confessing my sins and exposing my academic hoax.*

Six years ago I submitted a paper for a panel, “On the Absence of Absences” that was to be part of an academic conference later that year—in August 2010. Then, and now, I had no idea what the phrase “absence of absences” meant. The description provided by the panel organizers, printed below, did not help. The summary, or abstract of the proposed paper—was pure gibberish, as you can see below. I tried, as best I could within the limits of my own vocabulary, to write something that had many big words but which made no sense whatsoever. I not only wanted to see if I could fool the panel organizers and get my paper accepted, I also wanted to pull the curtain on the absurd pretentions of some segments of academic life. To my astonishment, the two panel organizers—both American sociologists—accepted my proposal and invited me to join them at the annual international conference of the Society for Social Studies of Science to be held that year in Tokyo.

Several points you are missing: 1) in most state independents/unaffiliated cannot participate in caucuses, 2) millenials are more likely to belong to #1 than a political party, they are by and large socially liberal and fiscally moderate and tend to vote Democratic, 3) income and age demographics for Republicans in which they are more likely to be white collar or retired allows them a greater opportunity to attend caucuses that are held at night or on weekends when many of the core Democrat demographic is working.

Total turnout doesn't tell you very much. This election will hinge largely on how the unaffiliated voting block moves.

That of course doesn't matter. We are talking about higher education in the case of Giggles and company that supposedly groom this countries leaders, not those destine to work as farm hands, laborers, chambermaids and McDonald's servers. But guess what? They can still vote.

Sorry my friend. Democrats are screwing Sanders and that isn't going to set right with millenials. Don't expect them to show up in November.

Why Trump Is Winning on Jobs and the Economy

                            http://www.realclearpolitics.com/art...my_129766.html

"Jobs and the economy are top of mind for voters from both parties this election cycle according to*a recent Gallup poll. This is hardly a surprise. But what was a surprise to many is the importance of immigration and free trade as economic issues for working class voters and the level of betrayal they feel with respect to their government’s handling of these issues. These voters feel stuck between free trade policies that encourage companies to move good paying jobs outside the U.S. and the failure to enforce our immigration laws allowing people here illegally to take jobs that remain. While the economic wisdom of legal immigration and free trade policies is compelling, politicians would be well advised not to minimize these voters’ concerns.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, over the past thirty years the number of people employed in U.S.-based manufacturing has*dropped dramatically*by 5 million. When people are living in towns where the local plant closed because a big company moved jobs to Mexico or China, it's extremely difficult to convince them that free trade policies are working to their benefit. Recent announcements by companies like*Ford and*Carrier Air Conditioning*that they're sending jobs to Mexico only reinforce their frustration.

While free trade is unambiguously good for the worldwide economy and for each individual nation, including ours, there are adjustment costs. Working class Americans of all racial and ethnic backgrounds have borne a disproportionate share of those costs, made worse by inexcusably lax enforcement of our immigration laws."

Where are you right now? I'll propose a place equidistant and let's get to it. Can't leave till 1:30 but we can work something out.

Bring your friends if you need to. I'm fine going alone so long as it isn't too isolated. I'm at about as much risk as I would be around toddlers.

                                Racists?

According to P.P.P., 70 percent of Mr. Trump’s voters in South Carolina wish the Confederate battle flag were still flying on their statehouse grounds. (It was removed last summer less than a month after a mass shooting at a black church in Charleston.) The polling firm says that 38 percent of them wish the South had won the Civil War. Only a quarter of Mr. Rubio’s supporters share that wish, and even fewer of Mr. Kasich’s and Mr. Carson’s do.

Nationally, the YouGov data show a similar trend: Nearly 20 percent of Mr. Trump’s voters disagreed with the freeing of slaves in Southern states after the Civil War. Only 5 percent of Mr. Rubio’s voters share this view.
