Congress has no say in what they FBI does. The FBI is part of the Executive Branch. With the HRC " matter" , evidence may have been destroyed, actors were given slaps on the wrist , immunity and pleaded the 5th. Would you say that was limited ?

The difference here is that the Dems not only demanded an FBI investigation, but sent them a letter telling them how they should conduct it. Their list of 24 " witnesses " that they wanted questioned. Americans had to accept what the FBI gave us regarding HRC, but for Kavanaugh, the standard is different.

Here's the bottom line. The actual letter that got into Feinsten's hands has never been published or revealed. For 6 weeks, Ford met with Democratic Operatives, Lawyers and Activists , because when they saw that Letter, their eyes lit up.
