I had always thought that the indictment of Kushner or Trump Jr. would trigger the start of the implosion of the Trump presidency, but it may be this raid on Cohen that does it.

Some other fun facts about the Cohen raid: AG who approved it is a Trump appointment so they can't claim party politics. It's NY district so no pardon from Trump. Cohen law firm is also the firm for Cambridge Analytica. FBI also subpoenaed a wealthy Ukrainian at the same time for a suspicious contribution to the Trump "foundation".

A Suffolk Superior Court judge said Monday from the bench that she was stunned by a proposal from prosecutors and defense lawyers to let a former MIT basketball player plead out to reduced charges and avoid prison time in a closely watched rape case.

�This has really, truly been sprung on me,�� said Judge Janet Sanders. � � I�m just baffled.��

She addressed both sides in the case against Samson Donick, 22, a California man who was enrolled at MIT when he allegedly entered a BU student�s dorm room in the early morning hours of Oct. 18, 2015, and sexually assaulted the woman while she slept.

A family in Colorado is outraged after two men, who were accused of gang-raping a 13-year-old girl with their brothers and cousins, were only sentenced to probation.

Tommy Williams, 20, and Clarence Williams, 19, were each sentenced on Tuesday to a minimum of 10 years of sex offender intensive supervised probation, with a maximum of life on probation, KKTV reported.

The men are two of six suspects accused of sexually assaulting the young teen in December 2016 inside of the Stonebrook Terrace apartment complex in Colorado Springs.

The victim's grandfather was shocked at the sentencing, telling the news station: "There was six of them and they gang-raped my granddaughter."

The group of suspects � some of whom are reportedly related as cousins or brothers and identified as Jacolby Williams, Tyron Williams, James Williams, and a juvenile, in addition to Tommy and Clarence � were with the girl on Dec. 19, according to The Gazette.

Attorney client privilege may not apply between Donnie and Cohen. If Cohen has acted illegally on behalf of his client then it no longer holds. Also goes away when you're more of a friend than a client. No real attorney takes out a home equity loan to pay off his "clients" mistress.
