You knuckle drag gets need to sniff the coffee? What are you hiding onto?

Analysis post case-Deaton suggests lower tier whites do better when they PERCIEVE they are better off than the "others" whether true or not.

That's what all this rage is about as Stanley KOwalski whites lash out.

    Bye bye
Same can be said of those living in poverty, so I guess you'll tell them to STFU and quit whining.

The standard of living in America is not eroding, not with Obama redistributing taxpayer money. Do Europeans get free cell phones ? Other Western Democracies are trying to catch up. I have been to Europe many times, and have relatives that go there quite often. They are heavily invested in renewables because that is all they have. Most have to buy their energy from the Russians and others. They are not sitting on the abundance of energy that we have.
" social Safety net" has become a hammock under Progressive policies . Why do you think the illegals are lined up to get in ?

FYI, the second largest market in the world for Tesla is Norway. It is the number one brand of car selling there . Why ? because of MASSIVE subsidies to buyers. Otherwise they would be gathering dust.

Differences between Clinton and those two far narrower than those between Clinton and Cosby yet you had no problem drawing THAT comparison?

You shouldn't engage like this....you get the bull.etin board equivalent of getting "nutmeged" all too often. Think you'd learn

Great post. The Rs on here, just like their candidates, can only speak and reply with propaganda. Every conversation is in spin, part of which is to allege that Dems won't engage in a real conversation. These guys view discussions as only about scoring points and getting in a zinger. Obama actually did a fantastic job describing this phenomenon last night and exposing how dangerous it is.

Dangerous? You mean like the ramrodding of the ACA , in the dead of night ? Like the EPA mandates ? If Obama can't have a " conversation " her resorts to his pen, or Progressives head to the nearest Court House with one of their appointed condolers.

There you go again. You didn't learn from the last nutmeg post.....

FActually, the book is still out on ACA but until now it has slowed the trend I. Increasing cost significantly. Who knows gong forward. So put away your crystal ball to justify trashing everything with no alternative until we know. Unless you have a problem being data driven as many conservatives do.

Let's not talk EPA mandates either. This is something I know something about. We balance things like limits to particulate emissions against epidemiological data like childhood asthmas, cancers, etc. we know the impact. We love our children but don't mind a little wheezing and an occasional health crisis so that we can burn dirtier......and CHEAPER.

Ok sure. These are all things we decide on as a group. You may not be as interested in the things I am fine.

But I think one thing we can all agree on when it comes to ramrodding.....nothing was ramrod dead like the Iraq war....that's costing us trillions going forward not counting the fact it spawned Isis and ISIL etc. false intelligence.

I know r's don't want to hear it, but when they have now spent MORE time investigating Benghazi than they have the run up to the Iraq war......oops......I think their tighty whitey underwear are showing here.

I didn't make the comparison between Clinton and Cosby. I responded to YOUR comparison between Clinton, Reagan and Bush. There is no comparison between what Clinton did and Bush or Reagan.

Come on now. You wouldn't let a hot intern do you if you were in the White House? Maybe focus on the job he did as a President. The guy is brilliant aside from his foibles....nose to nose with Obama as the smartest Prez in American history.

No, correct again. The US is still far and way the most powerful and greatest nation on earth. As Obama repeated "It's not even close....not even close." Did you hear him say our military is bigger with more resources than the next 8 biggest countries put together? The stuff Trump and others are spewing is dangerous and incredibly false, and only makes things more difficult for the US in trying to make things better in other parts of the world.

The book is still out ? Sometimes you can read the first few chapters and pretty much know how it will end. And in this case, the future looks gloomy. So much of the original law has been delayed, , postponed , tweaked, etc. All the while Veterans were left out. Do you think the price of health care will be going down ? Seriously ? An alternative is not available because so many were left out of the discussion. Hard to know the particulars when someone slams thousand of pages on the desk in front of you.

We can burn cheaper, and cleaner, if we had the will. Just like car emissions have been cleaned up drastically, there is still always room for improvement. But improvement is difficult when the door is slammed shut. As I said, Billions squandered on Clean Energy, batteries, windmills , solar, all to produce , what less than 5 % of our energy needs. How are jets supposed to get off the ground with those alternative fuels ? How are factories supposed to be built with regulation after regulation heaped on them day after day ?

The intelligence that Bush saw was SHARED with Democrats in Congress. Congress approved it. Bush did not step around them like Obama does with his EPA mandates. The Iraq war was the consequences of Sadam not meeting the requirements set forth by the UN.

ISIS was formed from Syria, in the vacuum that Obama created in his haste to satisfy Leftists . Just like Gitmo. They were on his list . He had to appease the left.

Oh Obama said it well it has to be true. The world is such a better place now after the arab spring and all that. Obama has been doing a great job - right. Kerry announcing we are taking in more "refugees" from central America is great news also. Everything is peaches and cream!

It should be the biggest, considering how much we spend. But the question is it viable and practical ? With the Navy down to 270 or so active vessels, of which 85 % are in use, it could be spread just a little too thin. The other consideration is deployment. Can we get what we need where we need it ? I mean, we left our own people to die in Libya , because someone couldn't make a decision to get Special Forces there .

And what about the Veterans ? What has Obama done for them ? He has been more concerned with Refugees that our own suffering people.
