There is a reason the prior coach is no longer there Top players were spending a year or two and finding homes elsewhere for a better experience, mentally. New coach had to deal with a mess not of his making. It is hard to get a program back once it is in disarray.
Look at UConn as an example. Took years after prior coach who had great success blew it up.
There are too many other options to have to deal with bs.
