The staff took the job knowing full well the situation, so you can't go back and blame the very situation.

Worst group we came across at that stage. They made their own bed and need to live with their decisions. Facilities have nothing to do with it.

Wrong! Facilities have so much to do with it. You want to recruit top players in NE, then it begins with the facilities. The best players in NE if given the choice of FSU or BC will undoubtedly choose FSU if you take in the important factors of location, weather, soccer facilities. Young players will choose FSU regardless who is the coach of BC. TS parents who do not have kids who have these opportunities do not understand the mindset of these high school kids. First impressions matter and a kid who has to drive to the BC soccer facility which is off campus in a residential neighborhood and then see the locker room areas are not impressed. What it shows is that the college has little interest or support for their soccer program. Facilities have everything to do with it!

What I'm saying is if the staff is ignoring local talent, it never even gets to the facilities stage.
