Your definition of “truly elite” is 100% irrelevant. That is what the YNT pool is for. You can’t run four national leagues with 500 players either. The basis for the league is showcasing opportunities.

I would put Bayside in the 8 spot. Getting a new coach next year. An assistant coach from Providence College.

Actually I think that Scorpions Regional might be on this list next year. A lot of depth in that program

I'm sure they'll be fine. For all bravado on this thread, there is a lot of good talent in this age bracket and most of the players on the "list" teams are pretty interchangeable.

everyone fighting for that last spot...

new players, new coaches, new hopes and dreams won't change the fact that the most physically gifted kids are off to new teams. Question is can they be taught how to play the game of soccer or they just going to use their size, speed, and aggressiveness to power through like the last couple years?
