They have too much time on the ball therefore the quick passing suffers. They have to compensate for players who don't know correct positioning. Mostly, HS is a game of long ball so the passing and patience they learned suffers. It will take the entire month of December to get kids back to where they were in august. Been there and seen it multiple times

The ECNL now has about 70K players under its umbrella. Pretty easy to see where things are heading.
