Reality is they've already taken a number of what would have been top GA clubs just not in MA. Does ECNL look at a state like MA and think they need to add another team more or less in the same general area? Not to mention opposition from Stars and Scorpions.

Scorpions' opinion is a non-factor. $tar$, however...well...as we all know...leader$hip in the New England is ba$ically just $tar$.

Not necessarily. SSS could drop its best teams to NPL and they could win multiple NPL Championships and market themselves as the class of NPL.

Except for Stars Blue, it's a valid point. Too many parents fail to realize how little separation there is except for a couple at the top, and a couple more at the bottom. The rest would fall into a "win 4/10, 5/10, 6/10 times against each other".

NEFC would get 1st nod into ECNL even just based on club strength vs SSS

NEFC's 08,07,06,05,03 teams are all better than SSS and even NEFC 04's have beaten SSS 04's before so those teams are pretty close. So if ECNL are looking for the strongest clubs NEFC should be at the top of the list.

Why would Stars white die out? If NEFC was ECNL right now there is no way a lowly Stars White player could crack their almighty rosters.

NEFC will not be allowed back into the ECNL. They had their chance when they affiliated with the Boston Breakers and when the DA was created NEFC/Boston breakers decided to go DA. They picked the wrong horse in the stable and allowed LB be the jockey that ruined your chance to be in the ECNL.

Also top players are not leaving Scorpions to go to NEFC or SSS.

Actually u-littles from sss can beat NEFC but you are correct most of the older age groups at NEFC are better than sss.
