Been coaching a long time, and not at this age. You can have top notch training, but if you are regularly playing games against teams who you dominate, you are doing the kids a huge disservice for what actually matters, and that's their ability to perform in a game.
When a team like that runs into a strong team that plays fast and physical, it's not going to go well. Think Manchester United playing all season against league 1 teams and then having games and Barcelona, Man City & Bayern.

Just to refresh my memory, this thread is about U13 kids? You people are completely insane. I can’t even imagine how wound up you’ll be when it gets to college recruiting time.
These are young people playing youth soccer. Cheer them on and lighten up about it. Then go get an ice cream and go on with life.
High blood pressure over what team your kid is on, how they played, what the result was and who might take their place? Stupid.

“I’ll take my superior training, thanks.”
In the past year has your player participated in a training session at:
A. Stars Blue
B. Stars White
C. Scorpions
D. Select
E. SPOL
If not, how do you know you are getting “superior training”?
It’s one thing to say you love the training your player receives and that you see no reason to move. But when you keep touting it as “superior” to something you have no point of comparison to, it makes you sound like a fool.

Read this on another board:
"Top Hat 2007 Pre-DA, top 25 team in the country, lost 13 of its 17 players to the five ECNL clubs in Atlanta. 7 of them went to Concord Fire 2007 ECNL, which was Concord's weakest team.
Other ages are losing 6-8 of their top DA players and counting to the various ECNL teams in the Atlanta area. It's very, very bad."
