There is no development. When they cut my kid they gave me a long lecture on how they’re focused on “long term development”. Yes you stupid MFkrs, that’s working so well for you. 17s lost 30+ games this year. And 15s can’t win without their NT gk. And now 14s are an hour away from finishing last in their “international” tournament. Such a joke.

Blame it on the players, then cut half of them in November, add new players (from the excellent scouting of Charis), still can’t win a single game. Hmmmm, what’s the constant here? Or right, the coaches. Pure rubbish.

Actually the kids with daddy coaches and their teammates gate best overall. Look at Reyna and Leal locally. They’ve both essentially made it big. Their teammates have also done very well.

The younger teams used to be the strength of the Revs. Now talent heads to GPS over Revs because the college commitments are better and they can play high school. What an amazing shift.

The younger boys have figured out that the Revs will cut them or bench them in a heartbeat so they don’t know how to play as a team. It’s every player for himself. You can’t build a team based on fear. And you can’t play as a team when there’s no trust between players & coach. They’re not interested in developing a good team, they want to develop one or two players. 4 home growns in 10 years and bottom of the table across all ages (take out the 03 NT GK and they’ve bottom too). Their coaching “philosophy” speaks for itself. Losers. No wonder boys leaving & turning them down.
