The Revolution Academy needs to make some changes.

There are a lot of Bolts players at RDS all of a sudden. Things must not be all that rosey at the 2nd tier DA club in MA.

Maybe Bolts ECNL players, I certainly see that happening. NOT Bolts Academy players, that's for sure!! ECNL Boys level all around is horrible. The Bolts ECNL players are positioning themselves for a shot on any Academy team.

What you see here is the crux of the problem.

The club is too cheap to field its own U12 team. Adidas isn't bringing in some ragtag group of kids to play in their U12 event.

The Revs could care less.

If the Revs weren't MLS they probably be out. They don't practice the required number days and do other stuff like no u12s. Top it off with lousy coaching and an organization that doesn't even care about their pro team let alone DA.

No one is shedding a tear for them either, just the kids caught up in the mess. Some families don't have many workable options because of location or finances, so then they're stuck with what should be a quality MLS program.
