What the hell happened to the Revs recruiting class? I looked at the latest 18 commit post and it's like the Revs don't even exist. I was shocked.

Just check the Revs twitter. Some very good programs and 1 home grown signing. Remember they only have 11 college eligible kids..

Not everyone who played the game can teach the game...

Agree. Coaching and teaching is a skill that can be learned and improved with practice, like most things. The problem I see is that many/most coached seem to think because they played the game at any level, they know how to teach it, regardless of the audience.

In my experience, that is not the case. Not going to say that licensing and continuing education is the answer, but seems way too many coaches don't bother with licensing or took it so long ago that the game has completely changed and they need a refresher.

The teams played games 3 months ago. Are the players that bad that they forgot how to play in 3 months? I could see if it was other clubs in just spring leagues where they haven't played together in a long time.

Yes, but trolling the Revs has become so easy that I feel like I have gotten complacent. Now spring season is upon us I just don’t feel sharp enough.
