It looks like the one player you mention is taking full advantage of this, which is great for his development.

Plenty of youtube videos out there, as well, with new skills you can help him work on. The training that top/pro-players are doing isn't really secret in this age of information. You might be surprised that it's not necessarily the training his father is providing him that's making the impact, but the fact that he is doing training outside of practice and trying to improve. Is your kid doing this?
