My kid is not signing that. We have spoken to the players union and their advice was just say no.

Sleazebag move. Granted in the long run it will only really impact a few players, but to pressure families to sign or they'll lose their spots? Reeks of desperation. Don't sign anything and doubtful it would even hold up -in court - they're not giving anyone any time to consult an attorney.
