Just to level set, SKC and Fjolnir are 18th and 19th place teams in second division of cup...good wins but should have been expected - need to beat better teams on a consistent basis...unfortunately this will just provide cover for PO

Basically the Revs were relegated in the GA format, so they should win. This team needs every win they can get.

A better barometer is that SKC are in 5th in the Frontier Division and in a wildcard playoff position. A decent competitor. #haterskeephating.

Lol the Frontier Division. Come back when the Revs beat NYCFC, Red Bulls or Montreal.

I wouldn’t go that far but that mostly young team is doing better than expected! Remember last year? Yikes!

Tragic that most of the 04s will be cut in June because they’ll keep mostly 03s.

isn't that mostly every DA across the country?

That happens most times - the older kids always come out ahead, leaving the younger ones scrambling for alternatives. The spilt is usually about 2/3 to 1/3 older vs younger. Thing is, if you're a younger player and you're not strong enough to make that cut, USSF or your club really doesn't care about you. Some clubs run "pre DA" teams for that age group that play in another league, but that's really a money grab for non MLS clubs to hold onto players for another year. No way in hell the Revs would run a non DA team. USSF is so desperate to keep GA afloat that they're splitting that age group into two teams. I wouldn't be surprised if they do it for BDA next year while possibly dropping U13.

I thought a bunch of Revs '03s we're sick of it and heading to the ISL next year. That should open up some spots for the '04s, right? also, pre-DA isn't a complete money grab. Yes, some kids will not make the DA team the next year, but I know of quite a few kids who played U15 DA, then did pre-DA for a year, and are now back on the U16/17 DA. But you're right, Revs would never bother trying to develop those kids who could be solid contributors another year down the road. They can't see more than a couple of weeks in front of them.

Just because a few spots might open up because of departures that doesn't mean current Revs players will get them. The Revs have a history of booting large numbers of players for outside ones.

Clueless. If you followed the Revs dev at all you would know that the few 03 studs (most are mediocre ) will be playing up. They only care about potential pros not dev. U17 will be mostly 04s next year, anyone who has followed the bouncing ball understands that. ISL option for all the doomed 03s not a bad alternative.

                                Prep school recruiting?

Revs have added a Berkshire School goalkeeper to their U19 team. So what is it Bryan? You don't give waivers, diminish the benefits of playing for private school leagues but pluck a player from the ISL for your shiite academy? Bottom line, you are a colossal mess of a director. Incompetent beyond words.
