One of the "residency" players is "no longer with the Revs"? That interests me.
Scales also admitted that they will issue high school waivers to players on a pro track or who can contribute in a major way.
I guess no one there currently is good enough to qualify for a waiver in Scalesy's eyes. How does that make everyone feel?
