Did I just see on Top Drawer, a 5 year Revs Academy player (LD) recently committed to Umass-Lowell? That was a colossal waste of 5 years!!

Banned from the other sports, the HS Varsity experience, driving to Foxboro etc... for Lowell?? Epic fail if you ask me.

Nobody asked you. I am sure the boys became better players at the Revs and will excellent in college soccer.

Revs Academy are becoming THE pipeline for Lowell and Dean College. Quite the program. Rivals FC Dallas. Both US Soccer and the New England Revolution should be both blown up and start new. Failure on both fronts.

" will excellent in college soccer", okay linguist, attaining Lowell is a success story. Now open up the bottle of champagne for that kid.

Revs will usually get a few decent commits but never a full bevy of them. But when you compare it to where many other DA or especially non DA players end up it isn't exactly impressive (from 2016 Commitment thread)

In the meantime you've spent 50-60 grand on the club experience and can look forward to paying that tab for 4 more years. So at the least the Revs family is up a quarter of a million to you. And they're the fools?
