Great, now we will have the Revs crackpots again saying how Reyna Jr. is not as good as their kid.

Of course he is, he is doing great on the MNT also. A few of the usual crazies slammed on this thread because ... he is the real deal and their kids are not.

and they all refuse to accept that reality - some how their kid was treated unfairly, if only xxxxxxx. Parental inability to accept their kids for who they are vs who they think they want them to be is one of the biggest issues in youth sports 9and education) today.

The club featured in this thread epitomizes it

Well gee it seems like we all agree the Reyna kid is good- not sure what you're ranting about.

I disagree. Read through a few of the threads, and you will find clubs that are far more arrogant.

Actually no some don't. Some think his dad helped get him in there, that the system is rigged etc. But I speaking more general truths about parental refusal to accept where their kids fit in the overall picture. Imagine if just 25% more accepted that how much the rate of club turnover would change?

But the Revs are at the highest part of the food chain and won't ever lose their perch. Lower level clubs that don't treat their customers well will falter and possibly even fail if they don't correct issues. There's just too many club out there competing for the same players. But the Revs are supposed to champions of player development and they think they are - but I think almost all can agree they are not.

This is very true. Some of the parents think that if they do a lot of promoting on here that it somehow makes their child a better player but it does not. They are only fooling themselves and setting their child up for disappointment. All the players really know. And running away to Europe, how crazy are these people???

                              Jealous, are we?

The USMNT just failed at qualifying for the World Cup. Are you that dumb? Do you really think that the BNT will not consider the European training of players abroad? Idiot.
