You’ve done an in-depth review of several MLS academies and their roster continuity?

Revs definitely have an intern on this now - quick responses to every critical post.

Everyone knows Revs have horrible turnover rates. They're the only MLS academy for miles but can't get talent in or to stay

The players don’t want to leave. It generally isn’t their choice. Those that have the talent and work ethic to preserve are rewarded with open doors. Sometimes the actions of crazy parents submarine the pathway for their players.

who needs a work ethic when you only practice three nights a week for and hour and 15 minutes? Oh you must mean the work ethic for going out and finding private training.

Not all Revs players are they? No they're not. They also weren't going to 5 of the schools without the grades. Revisit their playing time after the fall. It won't be pretty

Keep grasping at straws. Now you’re mad that they’re smart. That’s amazing.

Please remove the penn and bc players from this list. Neither has played a minute yet for the Revs and committed when they were with other clubs. Including them just shows how the younger Revs players are on a poor path. They are just going to get pushed aside for kids developed elsewhere.

Ok. Tell us that the quality players that left were cut? Rev propaganda has no merit without at least an attempt at the truth. I get it if you come in here and state facts. Like yes the Revs really only pay close attention to some of the kids that won’t get into a college and therefore only really have a life of USl2 ahead of them. Or hey if you are going to go to college you can play here but if your not home schooled then we are just going to use you to help the ones we can put on our USL team. At least this way the kid knows where he stands and can then in turn make the decision on if playing in a few GA Cups will increase his exposure enough to make the Revs worth it.

So you’re saying players feel the need to leave your club for better competition?

When the Revs come calling players sure seem to drop their former clubs pretty quickly. There are terrible deficiencies in the pay-to-play world. I’m sure D1 coaches are quite happy to have their incoming players being challenged in the College Cup this summer.

The Revs wouldn't have to come calling if they developed the talent they had. They go because they think all the stories must not be true and their experience will be different.
