What do rankings really mean? Do you really think they went there because of ranking? I suspect it was to see what soccer challenges were out West. Good for them for being able to escape the snow

Yeh that's fine. Claiming a couple of games against top 20 teams is the same level of competition as a national tournament with regional qualifiers is just petty.

Quality trip! Facilities, competition, and the players got to visit and train with a real DAP program (Real Salt Lake).

NEFC you didn't have fly to AZ to go 1-1 vs. top 20 teams. You could do that in a few week in EDP.

Teams in Arizona were good and OK. A long way to travel for suboptimal competition.

It was already answered. Top class facilities, hotels close to games, 4 games minimum and a and a chance to play teams from the west. Surprised others have not gone in the past.

Oh really? That's too bad, but not surprising given that those other teams don't "show well" in any state. So is this tournament a common Feb event that MA teams go to? What about NEFC older teams? Did they play? How was the weather?
