The strength & conditioning packet is your child’s bible this summer. The upper class men have already started their workouts.

Living this currently. The commitment is real, the training, weight room, food, recovery is critical to success. If you don’t put the work in you will get left behind. Do the work

Wondering how much faster the game is played. Have seen a few Ivy League and BC games but was not hugely impressed. Girls were a bit more jacked than their high school counterparts, and maybe made a few less mistakes.

There are 340 D1 womens soccer programs. It all depends where on the soccer pyramid you’re playing. Are you playing for top 30 programs? Are you playing P4D1? Are you playing mid major? It all depends on the competitiveness of the league and the competition on your team. The biggest change that players have to adapt to is the mental and physical toughness playing in college. These players are coming from club teams where they were the top players and now they have to prove themselves with other players as good as them or better. They are competing against players with college experience who are 21-22 year olds. This is definitely a big adjustment. Parents/players will soon realize this is no longer club soccer but college soccer where coaches play to win right now! It’s grow up time!
