I attended our town's Selectmen's meeting last night and one of the agenda items that came up was a request by the town soccer league to have the town spray the location of the soccer fields because there are many early evening games and practices. The Selectmen were told by the DPW and Board of Health that spraying this late in the season will not have an effect. Therefore there will be no spraying. It will be interesting to see if our town will make any schedule changes.
