          I have to wonder, what risk level warning did Amesbury and Marshfield (respectively, the latest cases of death and contraction) receive from the state and when?

          It's either a case of excessive concern and reporting of a situation that is a perennial threat or the risk is real rather than perceived.

          Regardless of what someone believes, how the state moved on this from the prevention stage seems in hindsight to be somewhere between a joke and incompetent. It's not like the current state of affairs should've been a surprise to anyone directly involved as indicated by a study that preceded this report in May:
