That is exactly the way it works. That is where I find coaches struggling to play everyone equally and at the same time have the pressure to win games or they either move down or lose their spot in maple. Do any parents out there agree that playing time in a game is only a small part of developing a player? That training, scrimmages and tournaments also have a lot to do with a player developing. Or is every parent out there feeling as though they pd. x-amount of dollars to play and they just want their child out on the field during games?
