The Kremlin to the Kurds - the US has phuked you over but good. If you don't pull back immediately Turkey is going to obliterate you.
It's very an excellent few weeks for Putin. He's in great strategic position in the region, but more importantly the US is humiliated and can't be trusted.

Let’s make teaching a “profession” like others and set an hourly rate commensurate with the training and work needed to get there.
Then the teachers get to BILL for every hour spent working. That includes lesson plans and grading etc.
Salaries are kept artificially low, thats why some of the best people
Can’t take the jobs. Our kids suffer

People have no idea that crisis that is brewing with teachers. They are graduating with a ton of debt and aren't paid enough to do one of society's most important jobs. In turn they are vilified by society. The burnout rate in teaching is terrible. Many of you live of better districts and in a state that spends well above average for teachers and education overall. If you lived in many other states you'd have to put your kids in private school or live in whatever house you could afford in the few decent districts.

All of you claiming teachers have it easy wouldn't last a week in the job.

In the summer they still have to attend meetings, further their own training/education and prepare for the year ahead.

Raising salaries dramatically rewards those and attracts similar.

you fags are making my nuts hurt....what you described above can be said for any professional working in any field in any trade anywhere in the world. Everybody feels they are over worked and under paid!!!!!!! Teachers are not special/they have the same problems like anyone else...they have a job to do like the rest of us....teachers are as important to our society as any doctor, lawyer or plumber or builder.....so any chest thumping teachers out there cut the baby Bullsh_t and get back in line like everyone else.
