Come on now Cupcake, the SDNY has already told you about one of the crimes he committed. Individual 1 was the one that directed the campaign finance fraud. It's just that they can't indict him at the moment. That time will come, Cupcake.

"Their filings in a federal court were in the name of the United States of America, and they state that Mr. Trump directed and coordinated what they assert was an illegal “scheme” to violate federal law. Their charges about Trump, backed by the sworn admissions of the very individuals who were directed by Trump to engage in the illegal conduct, are further reinforced by tape recordings of Trump himself. They are reinforced yet further by the now-famous video of Trump stating falsely that he was unaware that the conduct he had directed had even occurred — bald-faced lies that he told the American people exactly because he knew that the conduct was illegal, and he therefore wanted to hide it."

      As the SDNY said:

"While many Americans who desired a particular outcome to the election knocked on doors, toiled at phone banks, or found any number of other legal ways to make their voices heard, Cohen sought to influence the election from the shadows. He did so by orchestrating secret and illegal payments to silence two women who otherwise would have made public their alleged extramarital affairs with Individual-1. In the process, Cohen deceived the voting public by hiding alleged facts that he believed would have had a substantial effect on the election."

You crime-ridden president directed these actions and then paid for them while in office. That's just one of the crimes, Cupcake. You will now tell us why it's no big deal.

Are you serious Snowflake. That will be thrown out of court. All they have to do is replay the 17+ women who came out claiming sexual abuse from Trump and the Access Hollywood tapes all happening at the same time as these payments. Why would Trump have to cover these two from the public when there was plenty of evidence or claims that had the same effect. It's because these two where real and he wanted to shield that from his family. Perfectly legal to protect from your family and legal from a campaign law perspective (dual purpose).

You have more than that right? Cause that is super weak, even most Snowflake lawyers would agree.

Cupcake, you are talking about the mitigating circumstances... not the actual crime... i.e. the violation of Federal Election Law... look for the appearance of a check as evidence in this morning's testimony.
Also watch how the Republickasses try to retard the testimony ... its going to be too funny ...

You didn't read carefully. Its not a "Federal Election" law violation. He did write a check. Trump signed, Trump has the right to do that in exchange for an NDA. We knew this months ago. The "Federal Election" law allows for dual use of such payments. No news again, there is nothing new here.

This was discussed months ago by your own esteemed democratic lawyer:

The soap opera today is just going to rehash this and get no where.

Interesting to hear Jordan's opening. Sounds very similar to our Cupcake. And like our Cupcake, trying to divert. Watch him and Meadows filibuster this with procedural maneuvers.

President Donald Trump unleashed another Twitter tirade against Sen. Richard Blumenthal on Wednesday, ridiculing the Connecticut Democrat for his military record in Vietnam.

"I have now spent more time in Vietnam than Da Nang Dick Blumenthal, the third rate Senator from Connecticut (how is Connecticut is doing?). His war stories of his heroism in Vietnam were a total fraud — he was never even there," Trump said on Wednesday.

"We talked about it today with Vietnamese leaders!"

What a shame we have such crappy ct leadership

And yet you think that this unprovoked attack by the President on a member of Congress is a sign of class and personal quality?

                    Signed, General Bonespurs
Fixed it - he's the last person who should be casting dispersions against anyone who actually served. Oh, but STDs were his Vietnam right?

Blumenthal never bragged about heroism, he just said he was there when in fact he was in the US the entire time he served from 1970-76. Absolutely what he said was wrong but he did actually serve. However, Blumenthal also has been a staunch supporter of vets. Trump not only got a rich kids deferment but he berated John McCain and a gold star family, he's cut funding for vet's programs and wants to take away money for military housing improvements to build his phony wall.

Trump never said he was in Vietnam though. I guess you cant separate the two. A lot of people got medical exceptions. He isnt the first. May make him a coward, but being a reserve and never being deployed and then lying about it is 10X worse
