All they have to do is replay the 17+ women who came out claiming sexual abuse from Trump and the Access Hollywood tapes all happening at the same time as these payments. You didn't read carefully. Its not a "Federal Election" law violation. He did write a check. Trump signed, Trump has the right to do that in exchange for an NDA. We knew this months ago. The "Federal Election" law allows for dual use of such payments. No news again, there is nothing new here.

Blumenthal never bragged about heroism, he just said he was there when in fact he was in the US the entire time he served from 1970-76. Absolutely what he said was wrong but he did actually serve. However, Blumenthal also has been a staunch supporter of vets. Trump not only got a rich kids deferment but he berated John McCain and a gold star family, he's cut funding for vet's programs and wants to take away money for military housing improvements to build his phony wall.
