In a nutshell- it’s no different than if my wholesaler lowers the price of a product I’m buying i then lower my retail price to the consumer but I’m not gonna lower it to the price I’m buying for or else I’ll be out of business.
Also keep in mind these rate cuts take about 2-3 weeks to kick in, so you won’t see a drop instantly but if you were to refinance a home, by the time the red tape application and process is near to complete you’ll be getting a lower interest rate upon the final paper work signing of approval.Comment
