Doubt it. The "winners" we're known before the "competition" started it seems. They wanted data mining from the losers and best incentives possible from the so called winners. They're pulling out because 1) the financial package was probably going to get cut 2) who wants to move into an area you're not wanted? 3) the location never made sense to begin with (traffic, high costs for Amazon and employees).

You have a very weak understanding of the constitution and its checks and balances. The FBI works under the executive branch at the behest of the president. The president can decide what to investigate and what not to investigate, who to hire, who to fire at his discretion. This is the design and the way it should because you can fall into the trap that McCabe tried to create based on some theory, informed by his bias. After two years there is no evidence of any collusion or conspiracy. There is no better example of the deep state, not to mention the FBI meddling with Hilary email, and how the FBI was out of control.
