He's a 22 year congressman and chair of a committee, not an individual, which is requesting more information "In the letter to the White House, Cummings says the documents he’s requested are “even more critical” given new information obtained from the Office of Government Ethics"

So...because he is a black man from a majority black district and then given a committee chair because of his longevity, that makes him special? He does live in the hood and he states that himself, so don’t go making a mountain out of a mole hill.

This man couldn’t be faithful to his wife. Has kids with 3 women, one who had to Sue him To prove it and get support for the child. So he shouldn’t be throwing stones at trump. Tax returns? He had a 30k federal tax lien levied against him and the bank filed for foreclosure on his house while he was pulling in 6 figures from his government t job and running a law firm. He Was Taken to court 5x over unpaid debt. Somehow now, he has a 7 figure net worth though. We should investigate that. Hopefully a better investigation then the one he sat over regarding Benghazi, fast and furious and the irs. Crooked as they come. Need to drain the swamp. He violated campaign finance laws and took money from a guy who ran bio-gro. Surprise surprise, the company got a 160mm contact for sewer treatment in Baltimore after that.

Sounds like the kid objects to standing up and blindly spouting " liberty and Justice for all" when it is untrue. It is untrue and if the kid is uncomfortable standing up and saying what he believes to be an untruthful leave him be. Better to use that an opportunity to teach the class about what some if the Injustices, or about the protections of the bill of rights, or the history of protest, etc. Etc.

the teacher - who ironically came from Cuba - should know that no one can force a child (or an adult) to stand for the pledge of allegiance. It was decided by SCOTUS in the 1940s. She made it an issue. Calling the cops is also uncalled for - police are called far too often these days for school disruptions and they are called disproportionately more for children of color than whites.

He's already being called out by African Americans. He absolutely should be prosecuted for wasting police resources. His career is toast and h'ell be ostracized by whites and blacks. No doubt he'll check himself into rehab and try and do a press tour claiming he had mental health issues.

That said, white folks have been falsely accusing black folks of crimes for decades too
