Different poster - I tried. I really tried once he was elected to give him a chance. I waited for him to "pivot" presidential. He hasn't and never will. And it wasn't that I was a huge HRC fan but I felt she was the better of the two choices. He had 1000 warning flags and they've all played out just like I feared.

I know you cons can't believe it but Dems can also run a strong economy, in fact they have many times. In most recent years the economy has tanked under GOP leadership. The next blowup is coming soon - unless he resigns in shame soon.

You need to go back and study what dems have actually passed during those "good" years that made the economies gain steam and you'll notice that it wasn't much or there were other stronger forces at work outside of presidential control.

Free speech doesn't mean freedom from consequences. You very well may get your teeth knocked out. You may be ostracized by society or fired from your job if your internet rant causes your employer problems. There are other protected speech limits like the fire in a crowded fire house argument (because you are creating a safety hazard, which one could argue Jones is by inciting violence); there's also libel and slander laws; there's consequences for lying to law enforcement and in court.

Twitter and other social media platforms all have conditions for participation. They are private companies, not the government. You can say whatever you want about the government - as long as you're not threatening people, which again is against the law.
