If HS sports are cancelled - either by towns or the state - look to see more youth sports get cancelled as well. Just because it hasn't happened yet doesn't mean it won't. Use of school and even town fields by outside groups will also be a big issue if youth sports are allowed. Local residents either won't want them or will cry "unfair."

This is getting ridiculous. Making up rules as we go? According to state guidelines, sports are allowed and have been for quite awhile based on what phase we are in. The numbers in CT continue to trend down, we are in the best shape in the entire country. Why are people so scared? How can you live your life this way?

Data coupled with state regulations don’t support “supers” cancelling fall sports because they think it could possibly be dangerous. They have no grounds to do such a thing.

They should cancel kids sitting in classes for 7 hours a day indoors over 2 hours a day outside! ... but i do not want that either ... they should be in school and on the fields.
