Politics another problem, ECNL should've just taken the old academy clubs and made their league even stronger. Everywhere else in the world, the national federation dictates their guidelines and it trickles down to the youth. Too many chefs in the kitchen here, it's just chaos

Soccer is the only sport that believes paying coaches and specialized "training" is what will create winning teams at the highest level. It doesnt work that way in any other sport. Winning and having that edge and will to win is part of development.
