It's also why most other league conferences don't play when their area has HS soccer. It's too much and more kids want to play for their schools than not.

What is noticeably absent that was omnipresent in the old DA regs: DA regs outlined the HS restrictions in their section about player eligibility. GAL has no such discussion about HS of any kind. Makes you wonder what clubs tell players about it.
It's also a poorly designed, slow site with lots of meaningless platitudes

All that says is that they're revising the rules on HS play and substitutions, then there's nothing more about HS or a 7 vs 10 month season.
