Ok I will answer your questions.

What sense does it make to play inferior players over better players: Until U14 what does it matter if you lose the game? No coach is nostradamus and can predict how a player will eventually turn out if they get the chance to develop. If they don't get the touches on the ball than they won't develop that we know, but they are selecting kids at a young age to develop over other ones that may end up in the long run being better. The point is you don't know but OW thinks they know.

What sense does it make for them to lose? They think they are developing their chosen few but are too arrogant to admit they are wrong on who they selected so they bring in outside kids

If player gets max game time playing up and player 2 can’t get on the field at her age appropriate level
Then there is no comparison between the 2
Player 1 is better and will always be better
On any club with any coach

Nice spin but no problems getting on any other local team and gets plenty of play time. Player 1 will soon be cut and replaced by outside player.

OW can't even fill rosters; CFC families would rather deal with large rosters than go to OW.

Not jealous and certainly no nostradamus. But I am pissed at OW that they took my money, put my kid on the team after trying out but then didn't take an interest in developing them. They are only interested in developing a select few.

So yes, not a fan and not happy with OW. If they don't want to develop the kids equally at ulittle then why even have a tryout? Why take the kid if they don't think they are worth developing? Why do this year after year if they don't think the kid is good?

OW sucks. we were there for a bit then went back to CFC No. Oakwood does very little for 90% of the players. Promises, promises isn't just a naked eyes song
