they lost two of there best players ever on the girls side!!! SM and LK.

these two got whatever they wanted. maybe ow learns a lesson that in the future by not giving certain players all the extra training, letting them play with the boys, let them play for other organizations and playing dumb that their not. you cant have certain rules for 99% of the club and let 1% do whatever thet want.

As a club you should be putting alot of effort into developing your best. This should motivate the others to work harder. I think the same in schools. Teach to your best students and the others will rise to the challenge. In America we hold back the best and teach to the rest.

Correct. This club doesn’t have much talent; and losing two of the “stronger” players because the club is simply inadequate.

this club develops talent. young players will see this as a potential to move onto bigger and better things after the quality training. CFC can only develop a few players. OThers have to come from the surrounding clubs.

we develop players to go sideways and backwards, then players leave because they want to be involved with scoring goals.

its been proven that they turnover about 75% of their homegrown players at about U13 and U14. not much development I dont think.
