its called life, in the real world your not doing your job good enough they'll find someone else that will do it better. why lie to kids tell them there great when there maybe not and give them a false sense of accomplishment?
there nothing wrong with what they do, in college a better player comes along your moved to the bench or out.

That makes no sense. Most kids have a few players they have played with for years. Same club, team, coach. They do not all learn or develop in the same way at the same rate and become identical. Sports ability is an individual trait like every other type of ability. These are unique people not machines.

OW stronger at 2005 and 2006 levels - CFC and FSA both are weak in those age categories.
