Sad to make lies up, but that’s what talking soccer allows.
No one is lying, you clearly just don’t know because your kid was never invited. And yes, the program changed a few years back and kids were a little older when they started. But that’s not how it worked years ago.

So for 2003s, 2004s, 2005s its possible to have attended 10 or more training centers. 2005s started getting invitations in 2016, 2004s and 2003s each year before that. There are only a handful of kids from those age groups (from CT) who've made that many training centers and two have gone on to national camps. Only the kids, parents of those kids and club coaches know who those players are.

Coaches send kids to training centers. Then they’re on their own once they get there.
If your kid has been to 10 of them in the last 3 years and not sent to a camp then something is not working out. Time to switch up her training or someone ask the coach why he keeps sending a kid that doesn’t make it.
Maybe politics, big donors to the club or some deal like that.

Oh and if you’ve gone multiple times it’s actually a good thing Moron. And depending on what age you started it means nothing. There’s no national team roster or camp you can make at u12-u13. It’s the starting point. Everything stopped after 2020 so if the kid started young they can absolutely still be considered for future centers or camps.
I would say if your kid hadn’t gone to 1 of these, then you shouldn’t be talking at all. Oh wait your the guy that replied that “coaches know your kid is good.” That’s got to be the stupidest comment I’ve ever heard.

U18: 2 (more than 10 looks, 0 to National Camps)
U17: 3 (more than 10 looks, 1 to National Camp(s))
U16: 2 (more than 10 looks, 1 to National Camp)

You claim 3 years of training centers.
Be kind be honest, don’t make things up. You must feel empty on the inside.
I keep hearing about all these different programs - id2, NTC, ECNL National
Are these all different programs or do any of them overlap at all?

If you've been the more than 10 then you are getting a very careful look and are highly considered for a national camp. It's a very good thing to keep getting invited. From CT off the top of my head:
U18: 2 (more than 10 looks, 0 to National Camps)
U17: 3 (more than 10 looks, 1 to National Camp(s))
U16: 2 (more than 10 looks, 1 to National Camp)

ECNL (CSP)/National and Id2 are US Club Soccer
NTC is US Soccer
NTC is the most prestigious of youth accolades and the most rigorous process
ECNL CSP and National Camps are the second tier with a weekend of evaluations at each ECNL region (basically top two players from each club at each high school age group over a weekend) are evaluated and then a few are sent to a national camp
Id2 seems to be the most political with club directors choosing a few

Sounds like a CFC 06 mom or dad that wants to get their kids name on the radar (buyer beware), if an 06 started at 12-13 attending the quarterly regional NT training sessions, they could have gotten to 10 sessions. But use good judgment mom or dad, let the upcoming season play out and see where it ends. Touting your kid on this site just puts a target on her back. Guess what, just make sure college coaches are the ones you target not the TS or they will rip you and her apart. 15-17 are the years you learn who can separate from CT masses. LK and Oakwood girl are only ones currently attending the actual camps or virtual camps.
