Im not sure anyone, not even the owners, would dispute the fact that the indoor building has seen better days. It’s run down and aesthetically awful. Who cares though?
Oakwood teams get to use the building when there’s rain or bad weather, a huge value for the soccer club members. When other clubs practices get rained out do they issue refunds to their members or do they reschedule? Answer: Neither.

Having a turf field or regular turf field access is a big advantage to clubs - as long as there's no lightening or no snow they can practice far more than teams with grass-only fields. An indoor facility is a great-to-have but few clubs can afford that, just the big three.
