As a North parent I don't know where you are getting all your information from, this is hardly the truth when it comes to us and what we knew or thought, and certainly not what we all talked about, that's laughable. Your a little too involved in this kids story, unless your his parent!

Hey North parent - How is the coaching? My son tried out and did not make the academy team. We were disappointed but now with everything I have been reading it sounds like it was the best thing that could have happened.

Not the OP but am a north parent. Unfortunately the coaching is VERY mediocre. Our coach doesn’t have much credentials or experience. The kids are individually talented which has led to success but not sure what will happen in years to come.

This year will just like last. At least half will leave cause of a bad experience. I don't understand why BS doesn't put their best foot forward with this age group and give them better coaching so they can keep their talented players and build stronger teams going forward.

OK North parent. You can believe what you want. My kid wasn't on either team... he was an 08 and we all knew the full details of the drama not because we were interested but because that was literally all any 07 parents (north or south) ever talked about.

You must not have been at the banquet since this was the topic of conversation at nearly every table. When I went over to chat w/ some friends who had kids on the older premier team that JM coached, I didn't get past hellos when all the questions about the dysfunction on North and South and the keeper situation started pouring in.

The only reason the south GK was even a topic is that none of the keepers BS went after to try out showed up. I have no clue if this kid is good or bad or has any potential but when BS faced the possibility of having an academy team without a keeper, they went into panic mode.

And its actually sad that anyone other than the parents of his own team would be discussing a kid on a team that they have nothing to do with, especially at this level on TS. Stay in your lane, talk about your own kid and team if you need something to gossip about. Basically you really don't know what your talking about and it's all hearsay. Really, get a life. Good luck when your team goes academy, if your kid even makes it, you'll be in the same boat as us...and won't appreciate an even younger teams delusional Dad/Mom getting this involved with what they think they know "everyone" is talking about.

His kid probably sucks and won't make academy so this is why he's so involved in this older team. Makes him feel better about himself.

There were/are some talented kids on BS 07 team. Best thing for them is to go somewhere else where the coaching is quality so that the players can continue to progress.

If that is the case then they should answer the call. The program and the coach of the NYSC 07 team is top notch
