No sarcasm. CM is a good guy. He is also Pres/head of board. Legally, he and the board run the NFP. They have the responsibility and liabilities of the org, you should talk to him (or the entire board). MK has no say in the matter, he's just an employee. If you are talking to him, you are talking to the wrong guy. No legal authority.Comment

BS commit list - two players have no commit listed, some are prep school players that barely play for the club. They have 9 99's who are certainly graduating this year, but 6 are not on the list. Are they all D3 or just not playing in college?
