Actually I think you have erroneously conceded that all that goes to one person. I fact it covers the office staff + coaching for ~18 teams (this was for 2015) - at least I assume so because those costs are not listed anywhere else.

Yes I am. I am also someone who thinks all the insanity here on TD is entertaining. Yes, my young son plays for BS and he loves it. The coaches are great and he loves playing with other boys that share his love for the sport. He loves playing games against other great clubs like FSA, Oakwood, FC Westchester with other boys who also are a bunch of soccer heads. It has been a lot of fun for him and therefore me.

Do I think BS is THE club? Absolutely not. But for where we live it offers a great alternative to travel where at least half of his team seemed like they didn't want to be there. I am not willing to drive 25 miles or more to go to some other club.

Do I think the kids will play in HS, college, or pro? Who know. Right now I would say probably, maybe, and extremely doubtful in that order. But for now, who cares? He is having fun and is striving to be better. This is his gig and I am just enjoying the ride.

Give it time and come back in a few years later. Obviously your kid is ulittle as he's in CCLS playing those clubs. If your kid is even playing by HS, statistically you'll probably have moved clubs at least once by then. And yeah they put on a good show, kind of like used car salesmen
