The club is out of balance. On one side you have boys DA, and the other a very mediocre (and high priced) girls program. They need ECNL or GDA to get the balance right - and both are out of reach. BS is in a tough spot.

Also looks like they only took 1 or 2 players from outside the CFC branch network.....seems like a tough nut to crack if you are not in the CFC u-little production line.
