Surf teams don't have a treasurer - its all handled by the finance department of the club - so there's no transparency into where the team fees go. Its charged at the time you pay registration, not something that is done as a collection by the team parents like it is in other non profit and community clubs.
If they are indeed charging $380 on top of the normal team fee to go to the Empire Cup in Spokane...then I would agree there's something else going on.
Maybe it subsidizes the cost of the Elite A team going to Florida and San Diego perhaps?

Because they haven't poached one yet from LP because LP hasn't had one in months since the last one quit and ran out of the building throwing papers and folders all over the parking lot.

Even their own players, coaches and parents were bitching about being forced to play in divisions made up solely of their own club.
It’s the only tournament on that side of the mountain that has college coaches in attendance. Whitworth, Gonzaga, Eastern Washington, Idaho, plus a few others since their directors are pretty well connected.

Did you see what Viet put together in like his 3rd week on the job at EFC?

Does anyone know if this is only for Eastside players? My daughter is at Celtic and would like to attend.

It's open to girls outside the club.

How is WWS still able to operate in the WPL with their club directors using player contact lists without approval from previous clubs or organizations?

This covers the meals but not transportation or hotel for the players. Then you have the Surf Cup where they are charging $550 per player going across all the teams. When asked Stacy Reeves says, “these are the fees. I’ve been doing this a long time.” Anyone have insight on these high fees? Or are we just set to pay a premium to play at Surf?
And imagine spending all that money to play for a club with a banned executive director? Your kid won't play Div I or II schools with a reputation like that!

We've all been wondering about this. Seems fishy doesn't it?

Would love to see how much Adam earns from this considering the low pay to his coaches.

Don't hate the man he earned it. He has a $3 Million mansion in Mill Creek and a $2 million mansion in England. You should celebrate his success at your expense.

I think they will be next when they finish with LFCIAWA. They have lots of loan issues and bad checks.
